Beauty Products

Handling Time: 2–7 business days Our beauty products are sourced from specialized European manufacturers known for high‑grade formulations and strict quality standards. The extended handling time reflects the care, safety checks, and international processing required to deliver products that meet our expectations for performance and reliability.

Shipping

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way so you can follow it from our hands to yours.


Returns & Exchanges

Clothing

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Beauty Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, beauty items can only be returned if unused and unopened within 14 days.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
